My semi-new jagmaster has a plastic film over the pick guard. Do I leave it on or take it off?

Yeah, you can take it off or leave it on. I prefer to leave it on until it gets beat up a bit so I give the pickguard some extra protection for awhile...

The choice is yours. Personally I take it off all of mine.

Don't forget your warranty and the 30 days you have to return the guitar if you see something better. Leave it on until that time expires. I'm sure the dealer will appreciate it.

I would take it off. Looks much better and when need you
just buy another guard. But you no that worn look is the in thing if don't
like the unused closet classic look.
