I wanted to comment on the Squier Bullet Stratocaster because I think a lot of people are interested in them. $99

I just brought one home for my daughter. I got the Daphne Blue, looks more sea foamish. Very nice color. I want to keep it for myself. My daughter said no?!
I would play this puppy at a gig no prob.

I am impressed, the neck feels great(nice C shape), the sound is very nice. The frets were fine. I tried all settings. Even the bridge with heavy distortion sounds good although it won't sound thick like a humbucker, its still a good sound.
The neck pickup for blues and rhythm work sounds great. I rolled the tone off to 7 or 8, I don't like ice pick sounds. Red House sounds sweet on this setting.
If you been wondering about getting one, go now and do it.
I don't work for Fender but I wish I did.
Got any questions?
I don't think you can get much more for $99.
I might get a White one.

This is my first Squier, I own a MIM Stratocaster.

Update

I also got a white Squier Bullet.
These things play sweet. I had some tuning issues with the blue one, I changed the strings and it was gone. The guitar stays in perfect tune.

My two Squiers rock.

Perry

Maybe, one of each color. I noticed many of the colors are back-ordered at Musicians Friend.

I pick one up on ebay. I change the bridge, some new string and the thing sounds great. Other people ask me why it sounds so good. I think the basics are there for a great guitar. Upgrade the bridge and these things jam.

I swiped mine from my brother and used it to learn playing on the electric. It is a pretty good guitar for the money. Mine was a darker blue
