I noticed a little buzz on the high E string at the 12 fret, it is good at the 11th and the 13th, just the 12th very minor but i hear it. What should i do? Turn the truss rod a crank or use an emery board. need help from the experts.

Try gently tapping the 13th fret down under the high E string with a rubber hammer or functional equivalent just enough to get rid of the 12th fret buzz.
