I need some help I have an affinity stratocaster that I have to tune in Drop B for my band... the problem is that the strings are really loose (elixer 0.11) and I tried to calibrate the guitar but still not good... Any other suggestions than changing string gauge!?

Drop B is always going to be on the loose side!

Only person I know personally who used that tuning regularly had a custom set of 13-62 gauge strings on, and they were still a bit floppy.

I don't know how this will help, but try putting on active pickups for it to be more suited to Drop-B tuning. Try an EMG or a DiMarzio.
