even if you do buy a cheaper guitar it will be good enough for now, and you will then have time to save up for a better model in the future

If anybody would like to take the challenge and put ur money where your mouth is, I'll donate 3 Squiers and chip in for a Hwy 1strat and we'll do a controlled dissection and sound test of the Squier v. Fender for the definitive answer!

How will this prove your point that all Squiers are unplayable ? That was what you said before you tried to divert away from it

Quote:
Otherwise, everything else is blah blah, a closed loop of insanity repeating the same behavior over and over and over!

In the case of your posts it certainly is. They say Americans fail to fully understand irony. I KNOW this isn't true, but DAMN, son

Quote:
So then, instead of dragging this on and on, let's get ur done, let's do a controlled study of the Squier v. Fender!

It's been done many times on youtube. The results are what is killing the sales of your low end Fenders.

If you want to take the challenge, send me a private message or start a new thread. Otherwise, I'll keep putting my 2 cents in so the truth about the Squier don't get buried under the insanity of it all! I do not wish Squier Hell on any person.

And I will continue to post video's of professional guitar players who have chosen to play a high end Squier alongside their Fenders.

It's like this, there are varying levels of quality with each company.

Unplayable? Check out this clip of a player playing one of those "Unplayable" Squiers. he seems to have no problems at all with it...

It's the dancer, NOT the shoes.

I dont know I am feeling the anger here lol. obviously if you think Squiers suck in general.... I dot even get why you are in this forum... I mean everone has the right to thier opinion but why come on a squier forum to hammer squier guitars....dude sell them all and buy what ever works for you. I have both squier and fender guitars, I love both of them, and I am no expert but if you buy a higher end squier and find i un playable.... well I am sorry but maybe ou just need practice lololol

Before roomie went to work, she said she can't wait to hear wut the Brawley sounds like when it gets here!

Do you know about the Brawley guitars? They were made by Keith Brawley, one of the early Fender Squier pioneers, when people liked the way Squiers were made.

Almost all of the Brawley guitars are playable if they are in stock condition. A few are ugly, poor wood choice aesthetically, but still sound good. I haven't seen a defectively or unplayable Brawley yet.

...for $79.99 plus $10.00 shipping we got a Brawley A124 HT, Black Cherry clear: Select honduras mahogany body w/ a AAAA maple book-matched slice on the the top, not a cap, not a sliver, a slice. The maple slice does give the guitar a les paul like sound with the mahogany base. It has a coil-tap, vol., tone, 24-fret hard Canadian maple neck with rosewood fret board and abalone inlays, 18:1 locking tuners, 15.7" radius board, jumbo frets, two string trees, a teflon nut, and all Brawley bodies, necks, and fret jobs are prefect tonally but some of the guitars were made with not aesthetically pleasing wood matching choices. With the Brawley, 100% are playable in factory condition, about...7 out of 10 are aesthetically...poor in a appearance, 3 out of 10...master pieces.

This purchase cured my gas for a Gibson BFG. It'll be here next week sometime.

The ultimate Squier! ...wut Keith Brawley thought Squier should have been.

Who's tried a Brawley???

It is a squier, from the inside out. It's what the Squier guy asked Fender to do, they said no, he said...watch this.

no he wanted it to be a squier but fender said no, so he started his own company, that makes it a brawley.

no. He said the features of the Brawley were the intended profit flaws of the Squier. He felt the guitars could be better and still maintain a huge profit... Still turning a profit, his guitars had bi-flex truss rods, finished jumbo frets, good quality paint, abalone inlays, high quality wood and electronics. In other words, he proved that you could build a much, much higher quality Squier and still make a huge profit. So, he got crushed like a bug to maintain the industry profit standard.

So, it's a Squier at heart, wut Squier would have been had somebody said...eh, we don't need to make that much money, let's not be greedy.
