Hi everyone. Just bought a Bullet Strat HHS. Received it Sat. and while tuning it I noticed a string buzzing at times on the e-a-d strings. Is this because it is a new unit, will the buzz letup once the strings are stretched, etc. ? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bill B

If you're referring to fret buzz, you can adjust (raise) the action or the truss rod (more concave/add relief), depending on the situation. Both shoud be done by someone that knows what he's doing, if something like that is required.

If you're referring to other kind of buzzing, I don't know.

In any case, make sure the guitar is properly tuned and has been properly setup. I'm sure you can find articles about that in the site's knowledgebase section.

Good luck!

No it doesn't. The bar itself can be unscrewed from the bridge, if you don't use it.

Thanks for the info. The tremolo bar is out and I've had it set up. Happy so far.
Thanks Again, Bill B.
