For mine the color is pretty accurate to how it looks in most lighting. It's called LPB, but really doesn't look it to me. Still a cool color!

I really like the sound of the Alnico 3 pups in the all 3 positions. Of course a lot of that is personal preference.

Watch ebay for a good price. I got this one for $175 with a strap and gig bag.

Oops! missed you location. Guess customs would be an issue.

It would be a great guitar, but you may want to get something cheaper for college if you're worried about it getting banged up. Both the Squier Bullet and Affinty series are decent guitars and will be much cheaper. If it was up to me I would go with the Bullet. It's a great guitar for modding.

yeah i thought of the bullet too i got a jb and a black 11 hole hss pickguard i wanted to mount on a lake placid blue guitar plus i wanted something i could use live as well... i hate the bullet and affinity finishes
