Does anyone know if it is okay to use such products on the RB3 guitar? Would it impact the fret sensing capabilities?

I don't know if it make much difference in tone. I have used the GHS "Fast Fret" in the past on acoustics with nitro finishes and electrics with poly finishes. And, the only thing I got out of them were a bunch of debris and gunk to clean up. I don't like these products, not worth the money.

I use Finger-Ease because it allows faster/easier fret movement. Regardless the question isn't whether the product is good or worth it - I use it already on my normal guitars - it's whether it could have a negative impact on the fret sensing technology in the RB3 guitar.

It does not have a normal fretboard.

I don't have a pro or con preference about the stuff myself since I've never used it.
But I hate to be the bearer of bad news. If it leaves a coating you'll want to stay away from it with the Squier.
I was curious about the way the frets registered contact since I first heard about the Squier, and I finally figured it out a couple days ago. After hearing that there were heat sensors and all manner of other bunk it tuns out it's just electrical contact.

To prove it just slide one of the strings to the side a little like you're bending a note, and touch a fret without the string being between your finger and the fret. You get nothing. So if you spray something on the board and it blocks string to fret contact it would effectively kill your frets until it gets cleaned off again.

People will also need to keep an eye on their string getting oxidized. If they get a coating on them it would cause problems with sensor reads as well.
