'lo everyone, I have been working on getting my RB Squier in as good of shape as possible but for some reason my Low E will just not allow me to fix it's intonation. The open and 12th fret harmonic are perfect but the 12th fretted note always comes up sharp. I can not pull the saddle back anymore then it currently is (practically less then a quarter inch away from the back of the bridge).

Is there anything I can do to fix this or will I need to take it to a Fender shop eventually?

I have all of the other strings pretty much bang center in tune.

You can try removing the spring on the saddle, that will give you a little more room.

Assure that the distance between your saddle (low E) is just a little longer than the distance between the 12th fret and the nut. The 12th fret is the mid way point between the nut and the saddle. I usualy start intonation from the 3rd and 4th strings centered equal distance from the 12t fret and the nut.

If your guitar is new and under warranty it ould be best to get the repair setup done for free.
