Hey there, umm I change my strings almost once a week. If Im understanding you right, you should change your strings at LEAST once a month. Im never a believer in stock strings no matter what. You have no clue what kind they are, how long they have been on there, etc.

i replaced them yesterday, I always wipe them down i can go a few months!

Nice! I used to be that way too. But Ive been playing a lot of local shows lately and they just keep popping after about a week. It might be the strings im using (Dean Markley lthb) or the saddles on my guitar might be getting sharp. *Les Paul Standard* I know I know Its a sin here!

pine wood bassy more them alder? this does little diff vib to mahogany for sure
