I love mine. I picked it up for $279.00 delivered. I see they are going for 300 now.
The poly on the neck is slick and comfortable.
The tuners are Kluson deluxe copies w/ the plastic buttons. They are pretty durable.
I opened it up to check the wiring ('cause I am a nosy guitar gearhead)
It is surprisingly well wired and insulated.
My only beef is the reissued bridge....I may replace the barrells eventually with brass.
Other than that I really like it.
I have had it for a year, I use it to record on occassion. It sounds good.
I say go for it.

Tried a duosonic out the other day and was very impressed. Lovely neck and sounded great cleam and dirty. I would definitely buy one,nut just bought an Eoiohone Casino, so will have to wait till next time. Probaly the best squier I have ever played

Love the axe, but the current neck is unplayably narrow for me, the nut width is a kiddie-sized 42mm or maybe even narrower. Wonder if I could stick a Warmoth on it...

My only gripe is that the neck is too white! It's the same as a Squier Affinity. It needs a tinted neck! I read before about someone putting their guitar in a window so it gets sunlight on the neck and over a period of time the guitar got a nice tint to it but I haven't tried that. It seems like the only way of fixing the problem of it being so albino.

Get one, I just got mine and I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOOOOOOVE IT.

Beautiful in sight and sound and feel. Its really easy to play.

Just get that dumb sticker off the pickguard. Peel it off with your fingernails, then take some eyeglass lens cloths and rub firmly where the sticker was to get rid of the glue stain under the sticker.

Very comfortable axe for me. I bought it to replace my American Standard Strat I had to sell last year to pay rent. :(

The neck is smooth and fast. Nice sized frets. To me, the Duo is a cross between a Strat and a Tele. Best of both worlds...

I'm very impressed with the workmanship on mine.
