I bought what is supposed to be Surf Green Squier body from a guy on ebay but the only Surf Green Squiers I can find are the Tom Delonge models and they came with a 2 point trem or hardtail. Mine is the standard 6 screw trem.

Did Squier make any other Surf Green Strats ? Di I possibly have a Fender body ?

NOTE: The actual auction I won was for a Daphne Blue Squier body , which they did make in the Bullet.... he sent me this by mistake. I like the Surf Green better anyway.

Not sure if it's a Squier body though. Fender Lead II neck w/ Fender Strat decal, American Standard loaded guard, Fender bridge. Very sweet player.

there's a good chance that's not even a squier or a fender. it's a bit too bright of a green in the pics (could be lighting, etc) but looks great.

i wouldn't worry too much about it if you like it. if you paid a bullet price for it, love the way it plays, and can stand that maple neck (:)) then who cares!

rock on!

They currently produce a Dauphine blue Bullet, that looks like surf green to me.

I have one. You can see them on the quier site, but the color in real life is more green that the on on the Squier site.

I will take a pic tonight and try and post tomorrow

Iam pretty sure Fender/Squier made a green Strat guitar for the 20th Anniversary. They have a engraved 4 boly back plate . The 2002 Squiers are suppose to be the best Squier guitars made by Squier Fender. :P

The Squier Deluxe is available in Daphne blue, however your guitar does look green. http://www.squierguitars.com/products/s ... 0300500504

I had a Squier Bullet and it sure looked like Surf Green to me. Even the guys that work at the store where I bought it told me it's SUPPOSED to be Daphne Blue...but it's not. They're too green to be blue.
