thanks for the replies, i couldnt tell if that said affinty or not.

it's actually one I am looking at buying. Asking price is $80, that sound like a good value? I have always heard to stay away from the Affinity series but this one looks pretty sweet

also, if i wanted to scrap the humbucker in the back i could just change out the pickups and pickguard like a normal strat right? sorry for the newb question, but i am a newb.

Yes you can. Most strats these days are routed SSH or HSH, unless they are vintage re-issues. SO you can put an SSS configuration in it, it'll just be more room around the bridge pickup in the cavitty. No problem though, American Standards are routed for a 'bucker in the bridge, even the ones with singles

so would you say $80 for this is a good deal? well $100 total with $20 shipping? I really want a strat but cant afford a Fender right now.

Seems to be a decent deal considering bullets go for that price, and this is an affinity with Alder body, so yes. Also seems to be a limited Edition or FSR, so yeah I'd snag it for that price if it was something I wanted

The headstock is normal maple color from what i can tell with the pics

ask the seller, it may be the flash, but it looks like it has a matching headstock from here, but it may be the picture
