that's alot of answers to alot of questions. Might wanna try going to Guitar Center.com or Sweetwater, or any of the sites and looking at them and the specs for each guitar.

I think in order from cheapest up is:

Bullet
Affinity
Standard
Deluxe
Pro-Series

But I could be wrong. I know Bullet and Affinity are the bottom tier. Personally I really like the Deluxes.

Well, the bullets, deluxes, and the high-end squiers like the CV's don't have big headstocks. The above list is correct. The upper-end Squiers have better electronics, woods, and hardware. All are fantastic guitars, and if not out of the box, then when they are set up nicely.

I am happy with my CV 60 Strat. It does not have the big headstock either. It is one of the more expensive Squiers, but better than a Fender Standard in my opinion. (Otherwise I would have a MIM Fender Standard right now). I purchaced mine at $299.00 but I fear they have gone up since then, $349.99.

Mainly the breakdown for Squier is the higher the price, the better materials were used. However, all are great guitars for what they are designed for.
