Squier by Fender Vintage Modified SSS Strat for 290 USD.

I've seen this in our local store and the finish is fantastic.

But I don't have the chance to test it when I saw this, because I was in a hurry.

It is available in Metallic Red, Olympic White, 3-tone Sunburst.

Is this a good deal or very expensive?

And I want also your opinion about the finishes.

Sounds about right to me. From what I've seen they run around $300 for the new ones. Used ones run a good deal cheaper though.

It is a fair price. They are nice guitars. Get the 'burst.

Hello SaverzerX,

They sell for about $330 around here,
generally a 10% discount now it's $300,
so your doin a bit better than these parts.

If you get one we all like a photo or two.
Cheers

Guyz, sorry for the late post of the pics..

Because we had a vacation and unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to upload it.

Here it is:

Sorry for the bad resolution. I only use my N90 in picturing the guitar.

I definitely like the blast to the past Squier is pumping out these days. The thick lacquer with the aged Maple look in the neck is sweet. My '57 Strat RI has turned a nice dark orange over the years. I have no doubt that the CV / VM Squiers will follow suit.

I gotta get me one of these.. Nice guitar man.
