I would go for the Vintage Modified HSS. The other 2 are alright, but the VM has Duncan Designed pickups. I just do not forsee needing to change them out any time soon.

Top of the line is the Classic Vibe in my opinion. I have one myself, CV 60's. The only thing I do not like about is is that for some of the heavier Rock I play, I need a Noise Gate to supress the 60 cycle hum that occurs with Single Coil Pickups and lots of distortion.

The Vintage Modified HSS is nothing to sneeze at either. If it is possible I recommend playing as many guitars in your price range and pick the one that sounds the best to you. Play it plugged in, Clean, Dirty, and unplugged. If it sounds great and feels good, that would be the one for me.
