I think I want one of these Shepard Fairey OBEY Telecasters. It's a great marriage of icon as art and and icon as product. Prolly be worth extra money in the future, or are they producing endless loads of these beauties?

I've seen a few around, but I wouldn't buy it as an investment, I would but it to play it. They are cool looking though, some of them anyway.

He's right. Buy it to play it. Even the amazing early 80's MIJ Squiers are going for under $400, from what I've seen at least. Squiers are great guitars, but not so much "collectors items".

Hello X2mars,

I like those obey tele's myself but you know,
I have never seen one in any store I have visited.
Guess I'll have to check out more music stores.

Cheers.
