I've actually got a couple of Thinlines...

the best (shown hanging here on the wall between an AS Tele sunburst and a 1995 Japanese reissue '62 sunburst) being a 1995 vintage Japanese reissue in natural finish. There you are dealing with humbuckers vs single coil and since I already own Thinlines I am quite happy with this new CV guitar, which I bought for style and looks as much as playability.

I hate to ask, but how in the world do you play guitar in this room?

There is more to the room than the few feet I show in pictures. Its basically controlled chaos. I had a few homes a studio and other such niceties when financial disaster stuck me like many others. I am cramming in to a 20x25 room much of a better than 40 year accumulation of musical apparatus,so I make do. I hope someday to be able to get into a larger play/rehearse/record space again, although it may not be required as I have and I am still by necessity selling much of what I own to eat and pay rent.

SO to summarize an answer to your question. I do because I must, for now.

This was my first guitar I got it for Christmas when I was 14 from my mom and dad. They got it at a guitar shop it was very used but that's why I fell in love. All the little nicks and cracks just gives it character. It's a 1993 Korean fender squier stratocaster and has served me well for almost 12 years. Others I've seen however none have the humbucker pickup. The only issues so far is that the screw pulls out of the top so if I'm playing and not careful the strap falls to the floor and I've almost dropped it a few times. I'm not sure how to replace this if I should just put a bigger screw in or take it somewhere. Also recently going down the frets on the low E string I hit about the 5th fret and it hits the fret so I have no sound. It does that on the other strings also but its about the 12th fret or more on the others. My other guitar is a 1983 Fender Gemini 2 which was my dads I got it after he passed in 2004 it's a wonderful guitar and it sounds great.

I had other pictures I'll have to find them.

The pups on this Tele were changed to `52RI. Sounds much better now.

My Classic Vibe. The sounds and feel of this amaze me. I think I'm going to put a Charlie Christian style pickup in the neck.

Heres a new one to the family a new Fiesta Red CV50s Stratocaster. look at that flame on the neck. It also plays and sounds quite good. I like it.
