Funny how no one complains about Lady Gaga breaking a piano or whatever antics she does on stage. Maybe you have to be in your underwear like Madonna and have your songs played on the radio every five minutes until people get sick of hearing it.

.......I am perplexed! Whilst there are millions of people all over the world dying because they can't afford the basic necessities of life, like food or clothes, you go around squandering your money on guitars you aren't even going to play simply because it has a logo on it that you don't like. What an idiot you must be! Some people like hello kitty and playing the electric guitar! GET OVER IT!!!

Just a little wood, plastic, and metal up in smoke. But still giving hundreds if not thousands a little entertainment. Bob

Next time you have the desire to smash a guitar read and remember this article. You might appreciate what you have a little more.

What has happened to Rock-N-Roll? There is no place for "Hello Kitty" in Rock-N-Roll. I would guarantee that Jimmy Hendrix, Billy Gibbons, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Richie Blackmore, Randy Rhoads, Ted Nugent, Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Chet Atkins, Mark Knopfler, Pete Townsend, Zak Wyllde, Nigel Tuffnell, Chuck Berry, Buddy Guy, B.B King, Albert King, George Harrison, John Lennon, and all of the other guitar genious' would never play a "Hello Kitty" guitar.

The only person I could ever see playing a "Hello Kitty" guitar is Brett Micheals.

No one ever suggested that any of those people should play a Hello Kitty guitar. The point you are trying so hard to make is irrelevant and non-sequitur.

The only reason Fender put out a "Hello KItty" guitar is to market it to young girls, because they looked at their demographics and realized that was their weakest market.

-Give me a break. The "Hello Kitty" guitar is LAME.

-I praise Stafford5150 for smashing the "Hello Kitty" guitar.

If you want to play one, then go right ahead. To each his own, but I'll be laughing at you. Maybe you can go out and buy a "Hello Kitty" Martin in Maryland.

I don't think I've heard anyone use the word lame since I was in high school. Seriously you may not like the look of the guitar but that doesn't mean it is a bad guitar. I'm willing to bet that half the people in this forum could play a hello kitty strat and still sound better than you.

And seriously people, learn to spell and at least make an attempt to use proper grammar. I don't care if you don't always punctuate your sentences correctly or forget to capitalize the word I but seriously saying I seen something instead of I saw something does not help your stance on the topic at all.

Are you an English teacher? I Looked around the posts and can't find find what your talking about. Who used the word "seen' when they should have used the word "saw"?

As far as the word "lame", who cares how old the word is? The word was used correctly in describing how that person felt about the stupid "Hello Kitty" guitar.

Your comment about how you would bet that half of the people on this topic would be able to play better than anyone "dissing" the "Hello Kitty" guitar while playing the "Hello Kitty" guitar, is a stupid one.

I Myself, have been playing for over 25 years, have been in a lot of bands, toured the country and europe, and cut a few CD's that have been picked up and distributed by some of the most recognizable record companies. So if your comment was directed to me, then I'd be willing to bet that I would be able to hold my own, and would take your bet. Put your money where your mouth is.

Oh by the way, the "Hello Kitty" guitar is lame.

I wish I had never posted a reply on this topic. I can't believe the "Hello Kitty" guitar has so many enthusists. The comments on this topic are extremely juvenile. I feel like I'm back in junior high school, they way the comments go back and forth.

-Give me a break!!

-This whole topic is stupid, stupid, stupid, and a waste of everyone's time.

Sorry if my comment offended any experienced players out there who happen to not like the hello kitty guitar.

I just don't like people hating on a guitar just because of it's looks let alone destroying it for the same reason.
