I only have 2 Squiers but a pretty big collection.Image
The blonde is a stripped down 1996 Squier Strat w/ active EMG 81's, Image

The second is a custom Cylclone "GT" I am building.

I knew you had some great guitars to show us BastardN. Is that a "5150" drill behind the '96 Squier? Keep the pictures coming!

Congrats Wild Rose on your new Squier. Very Eric Claptonish. I'm glad you did your research and made the best choice for yourself. That's what it is all about. Enjoy!

thank you very much mustang! :D I also like the metallic red finish, but it was available only in the Affinity Series (the Bullet has the fiesta red), so I thought a classic black & white will do ;)
I'm really happy with my purchase and a million thanks to you guys for your suggestions!

Hey Mustangtoo how are ya!
The drill was to route out the body to get those EMG's to fit...lol
I LOVE Squires!!! Congrats on all the new owners.
Wildrose , your new strat is pretty sweet. I bet she sounds great.
 I am getting the DuoSonic on the first of the year.

Well, I'm in the club as well. Went out today with the intention of buying a MIM Standard Tele, and wound up finding a Squire Vintage Mod S-H that, as far as I'm concerned, felt and sounded as good if not better than the MIM. Awesome red metal flake finish too, which I don't think I've seen on a Tele before... Pictures to come...

How Squiers that you once owned ?

Image

The Tele on the left was a Blonde....
The Strat is a Frankenstrat
The Black Tele was a Vintage Modified that I modified more with a Bigsby.
The Cyclone ( on the amp ) is the one that shouldn't have gotten away...

At the moment I'm refinishing a Jagmaster from sunburst to Oly white and putting in GFS Dream 90 pups in. I'll post pics when she's done.
