Wich neck ? I don't know myself.
I think many fender neck may fit, some measurement are needed.

Do what my picture show, if it do not work or you are afraid ( why? ) sell guitar as is, some players like a straight neck.

Neck for Jazzmaster VM ; 88 euros + shipping from USA :(

in that case a dual action truss rob would be needed, right?

Yes, the truss rod would not help if it's a 1way/standard model. And putting in a dual-action rod would be a real big operation; the whole truss rod channel would need to be routed. I do not recommend this way; it would be very expensive, and in the end the neck might feel completely different.

which Squier/Fender neck can I put on a Jazzmaster? would a Strato or Tele neck fit too?

I haven't done a neck replacement on a Vintage Modified Jazzmaster, but necks from a similar model would be the best bet. As far as I know, the neck pocket dimensions are the standard, so any Jazzmaster neck would fit, too. Same with Strat necks. One note: choose a neck with same features; a 21 fret neck will be a lot easier than a 22 fret one with the overhang. But with all those, "expect some fitting issues". In my experience, about one in twenty neck replacements go drop-in, others need some sanding, shimming etc; and rarely some more woodwork - but I'm (almost) OCD about this kind of things.
(A side note: check the neck pocket, there have been some exceptions with e.g. the Modern Player series.)

A Tele neck heel and neck pocket are different, so the fitting needs more work.

So you're in Europe (too). How about ebay UK? Here's a VM-JM neck for 50£: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fender-Squie ... Sw5RldKGoj

yes, that's what the tech guy meant, I guess.

thanks a lot for the link.
For now I tend to sell the guitar as it is, stating the straight neck condition. I am not so good at dealing with hardware issues of guitars, apart from the common setup. I actually want to spend my time playing the guitar :)

That's not a bad decision. If you buy another VM-JM second hand, you might even not need to invest any more money.
It's fair & honest to tell about the neck situation, but from what you've told, I wouldn't think it even requires a price drop from the usual level. And as said, some (myself included) like a very straight neck.

I don't know how you can play with a very straight neck, string must buzz or action is very high ?

Or you think neck is very straight 'cause you can't see ( mesure ) a 0.010" or less negative bow ?

I use Stew Mac straight edge and feeler gauge. Working with guitar string as straight edge is not accurate.

With the bridge raised about 0.5cm I don't get any string buzz.
I cannot measure the neck relief, but after pressing the first and last fret, I can see the string touching the 6th fret.

well, I do not have any tools, that's why I brought the guitar to a repairing shop. So they confirmed that the neck is straight and the truss rod cannot help, as it's already loose.

According to e.g. Dan Erlewine, Jeff Beck has preferred a neck "straight as an arrow". Do you find any disturbing buzzes on this one:

What is string action ?
I did not say you can't play with straight neck, I say I don't how to.
You may not hear string buzz in the amp. To myself i don't like to hear buzz with no amp..

To resume, look it is a matter of taste

The measured action is incredibly low, 1/16"/1,6mm at the 15th fret. Then again, he's a magician with a technique nobody matches.

I don't have the Erlewine book with me at the moment, but the same measurements are on stewmac pages: https://www.stewmac.com/How-To/Online_R ... itars.html

That's a page worth reading - at least to me, surprises came both ways (big/small relief, low/high action, neck & bridge radii, string gauge...).

And yes, of course it's all about personal preferences. The other end of the relief scale is Stevie Ray Vaughan level.

Edit: And the reason I often respond to relief related topics/questions is that I've seen a lot of guitars set up by a non-experienced player where the relief can be way over 1 mm. Problems caused by that seem a lot more common than problems caused by "too little relief" (if there even is such a thing).
