I've been playing for the last 15 years (mostly in my living room), and I've finally decided to purchase a new instrument. However, I am on a tight budget.

Anyways, I am considering a Telecaster Custom and was wondering if anyone out there has played one recently and has an opinion/some advice about the particular model I picked out. Specifically, how the hardware holds up, does it sound halfway decent, does it have the Micro-Tilt neck adjustment?

Any guidance you could give me will be much appreciated.

I own this guitar http://www.squierguitars.com/products/s ... 0327502506

I am not sure if it's the one you are looking at but I can tell you it's a steal and a fantastic guitar that could if it was stamped with a fender logo could sell for 700.

I recommend it to anyone.

Thanks for the advice. I'm still deciding, but that definitely helps sway my consideration...

I have a blonde Tele like the black one pictured in the other post, it is my favorite. I have a standard Tele and a Strat. The blonde is the one I pick up 90% of the time.

The Vintage Modified Thinline is a great sounding git!
