A Classic Vibe 50's Telecaster body is routed SH (there's single coil rout in the bridge, humbucker in the neck position), so the easy-install options are either a full sized humbucker in the neck or a single coil sized humbucker in the bridge - or of course both. Coil split wiring is possible in all, if the chosen pickup allows it.

But if you want a full sized humbucker in the bridge, there are replacement bridges with a humbucker sized pickup hole.

Now, I don't know anything about your background, experience or skills with modding guitars. If you don't know how and/or don't trust your capabilities, you can always use a pro.

And a side note: the price of a quality bridge plus the price of the pickup are a considerable sum compared to the price of the guitar. One option is to sell the CV and get another guitar - Squier has a few HH models on the menu, plus there is the MIM (Fender) second hand market.
