These little axes are fantastic! I scooped one brand new in the box from a pawn shop last month for 100 bucks CDN. That's what? 4.99 US? *grin* Ok, jokes aside, the initial set up sucked. I could've gone bobsledding on that neck. Anyhew, after a bit of tender loving care, it's a solid unit. I like it so much, I've benched my 25 year old Strat (which I bought new) and am always clunking around with this thing. Plugged into my old tube fridge with a wah and a raunch pedal and the party's on at my house...

They're still out there, they just have to find you.

I have 3 Squier 51's and love them all. 2 Blondes and a black one. The most I paid was $125 and found them all on craigslist. I bought the first one as a banger to take to Iraq, would up falling in love with the thing and buying the others. This is definitely one of those times when being a snob about Squier is NOT justified. Electronics could be upgraded, but that is it. They rock.
