Thanks, but it's not very different to the 50th anniversary spec. I spec'ed the weight, the grade of aging and the handwound pickups. Chris offered this handmade cap which, according to him, is like the real ones from 1954 (looks and how they built).

Chris released some wonderful pick ups for his '65 masterbuilt guitars.
I got the last of his supervised batch of 75 guitars following his 25 with the same pups.
Pure pleasure.
Thanks to his perfect design.

Yep, Chris is one of the best. His '55 Master Design Telecaster was one of the best Tele's I've ever played including real ones. He made a few MB and the majority were Teambuilts. I made a mistake not ordering one of these Masterbuilt '55s. The Teambuilt's are nice as well, but the MB were for sure a notch above.
Alain, what '65 do you have? Any pictures?

Hi Alain,

this is a real cool guitar, but this is Mark Kendrik's Master Design Strat not Chris Fleming. Mark didn't wound his own pickups like Chris. I think Mark had Abby doing he PU's for this Ltd. Edition.

Cheers

Hey, I know how......
At least you remembered you had that guitar

I really like the color, Mark made some really nice guitars. The George Fullerton was a nice one as well, this guitar never got the recognition it deserved.
