I wouldn't go that far. Thankfully, there's a couple of years left until GC's enormous debt comes due. GC being sold to other capitalists now if the deal goes through won't solve the problem - it will extend the time so they won't hit the $900 million payment wall in 2017, but increase the debt, raising even higher walls down the road.

The funny thing is that both Fender and GC are profitable. But that doesn't help much when each re-sale to vulture capitalists raises the debt. It's like peeing your pants to keep warm.
