What all Fender Custom Shop Strats are coming with the (Pat Pend Saddles) now? The only ones I've seen so far are on '55 Strats, has anyone seen a '56 or '57 anywhere? If so, please tell me where, or what dealer has them in stock, thanks very much.

Hi Relic G Man,
Hey I'm totally only guessing here......but I'll say that it's a fairly educated guess.
The Pat Pending Saddles are as you know, new for the newest American Vintage Reissue Series that have come out in the last year or so.
Those should have started hitting the Custom Shop as a running change, shortly thereafter.
Here's the bottom line.....If someone were to present me with a CS guitar built since the new saddles were introduced......that still had the Fender Fender configuration, I'd be more than happy to get some Pat Pending going for them.
Cheers,
rob

That's very good to know Rob, so if I buy say a '57 Strat made in late 2012 and there after and it doesn't have the pat pend saddles, you can send me some?

Thanks very much for your response Rob, very much appreciated.

Hi Relic G Man,
Yup, I'll make that offer. :)
although....I'm not aware of any CS 57's or production 57's in that time period....
but yeh.....you are getting the gist of what I'm saying.
hope that helps!
All the best,
rob

That sounds great Rob.

If I purchased this one, would I just PM you the info & proof of purchase and you could ship them to me?

Thanks Rob.

PS - How much would they cost including shipping?

Hello Rob,

is this offer for all who purchased a newer CS Strat?

I recently purchased the 2014 CS '64 anniversary closet classic Strat with the L-serial neckplate. This one came also with the FENDER FENDER stamped saddles.

By the way: the guitar is amazing, hehe...

Thanks

Fabian

well, if i were wise I probably shouldn't make that kind of offer.......especially because I'm off-site and really don't know how available the saddles actually are.
But yeh, unless it becomes a crazy thing, I'm happy to see what i can do. PM me and i'll do exactly that.
All the best,
rob
