Hi Folks,

Can anyone tell me if the John Cruz Master-Design pickup set features a RWRP middle pickup?

Thanks!

Short of going through every guitar in the current Custom Shop product list looking for one which is fitted with them, you might put your question to http://www.consumerrelations@fender.com.
I've done some preliminary searching and there is a reference to master-design pickups on one of the models but not linked to Cruz's name, nor any reference to polarity in the specs.

I was kinda hoping that someone who has a set would pipe-up and spill the beans.

Research is often a multifactorial pursuit.

there are JC pickups in 90% of the Strat's that go through Wildwood and Make'n Music, pretty sure they can give you a definitive answer if you shoot them an e-mail.

ZZDoc is right btw, Consumer Relations can help you too, they will contact John himself or someone at the Shop if needed.

Sorry. Thank you. I honestly didn't mean to be ungrateful.

I actually emailed Bruce at Wildwood myself at the same time, and he said that the middle is not RWRP, so I'm a little confused, now. :?

Fuggeddaboudit!! Not to be confused.....Suggest you get back to Bruce and tell him you have two conflicting opinions...the second from his colleague Lance. Have them straighten it out and get back to you and us. They do such a business with the Custom Shop that they damn well ought to be well-informed about their stock. I hate this crap about we knowing more about the specs of the gear these vendors sell than they do.

I'll drop him a line, and see whether it's an error.

I'd call call it 'misinformation syndrome' at best.

I'm late to the party, but as the owner of 3 WW10 strats, yes it is RWRP.
