G&G will build the equivalent case for me that PRS supplies stock with its MIA line of guitars. That the Fender Custom Shop is price point parallel to what PRS sells its production line guitars for, asking for a same quality case is not beyond reason. I had a Teambuilt Strat done about 8 years ago and the case it was sent in was the same type of tweed case my '57 VHR was supplied with. If I'm paying $4-$5K US for a guitar, it shouldn't be housed in the same case a $1500 instrument comes in.

You made your point, I made mine.

Believe it or not a "4-5K guitar" isn't the King of the World, and the "same case a $1500 instrument comes in" will hold that, OR a $25K guitar just fine.

It's just a CASE!
You don't play the case, you play the instrument. I know you know this!

How about a big gold chain, say, like Flavor Flav, a player can wear...
Maybe that would help!

I never said a CS guitar was 'the king of the world' ffs, how naive do you think I am, son?
You obviously didn't get the point I was trying to make, or you dont' care enough about 'just a case' for a guitar, fair enough ...

First of all:
Watch your language, I'm not your son.
Don't say smack on an internet Forum you that you could not or would not say in person- Got that?

Your point was made, IMO it was inane, shallow, and ridiculous. Oh well.
I care about my instruments and my chops; my cases are fine insofar as they hold/protect the instrument, as FCS G&G cases do.

So your "point" is still ridiculous IMO- If you want a "better" case, then ORDER ONE CUSTOM-BUILT! And pay for it.How hard is that?

Wow.

Now stop whining, and learn your manners, Lefty!

The absence of the kind of argumentative diatribe characteristic of the foregoing is something that we have prided ourselves on and are accustomed to. Differences of opinion can certainly be expressed in a civil manner. If you don't feel that it can be done in such fashion, best refrain from posting. We enjoy educational and informative interchanges to the betterment of the membership. Anything less is neither appreciated nor of value. Good comradeship has been the hall mark of this endeavor and we look forward to its continuance to the benefit of all concerned.

Thank you.

"Lefty Addams"]go away, SON, you wouldn't have a chance ....

Sure BOY, whatever you say!

A chance with what, champ?? You!!???

I know I just couldn't hang with a real internet tough guy like you; a real winner (pronounced weener) who needs a "pretty case"
 NOT.

One more time son:

Don't say smack on an internet Forum you that you could not or would not say in person- Got that?

I know you're not too smart, that's pretty obvious from what you post; along with your inability to compose sentences etc; And.. apparently you can't read very well, or have a serious learning disability! That's a lot to handle, I understand your frustrations in life!

I bet you're a top-level pro player too, huh "lefty"; I can feel it!

(Hey Lefty, it's 2013, that's a pretty idiotic nickname, just thought you should know!)
