uggghhhh, tough when you are expecting something and it gets delayed....24 hours can be a long time!

will be worth the wait, im sure - at least you get it before i get mine on late fri night.

i did get my guy to confirm hes shipping the lightest one (or, at least one with the lightest overall package weight since it will still be boxed up) to me after i asked. still no idea what the relicing will look like but, hopefully, i wont end up with one as heavy as that first one i held last week.

also, someone (maybe alain) please tell me not to further consider the Lucy

awesome!!! your guy is probably reading on here, checking up on you:)

it doesnt compare, as i dont get mine for DAYS, but i did just get my tracking number so mine has gone out - its the lightest box by a whopping .4lbs :)

also, i can not believe i never noticed this on the original but look at the wear on yours at the 5th fret - did you ever notice that was on the original? i just confirmed it is, even though i never noticed it!

So, they are about to ship! To all you guys that will be getting one: Congrats!

M. , if I recall correctly, you also have one of the Blackie Tributes. Would love a back to back comparison between these guitars!

the only solace is at least i know what it will/should sound like.

its actually funny, given how much time eric spent on the video on that middle/bridge combo - but that definitely is where you need to try it plugged in first...its a really unique sounding guitar. very similar to the first time i plugged my blk1 relic in - not the same tone, obviously, but how immediately i had to take notice.

if brownie had not quite sounded so good its debatable i would have followed thru on my order
