Hi,
i really fell in love with the pink Paisley Telecaster. The most i've seen coming from the Custom Shop seem to be NOS and my question is the following : If I am not completely wrong the paisley is a kind of paper under the finish...do you think it is technically possible to give it a heavy relic treatment (including the fading of the colors that for me personally are to shiny or bright on a new paisley)?

You could relic them, but I don't think it would look like that "smooth worn" look. You are correct, it was originally wall paper. All of the old ones I've seen online have yellowed to a golden color and sometimes the clear coat has chipped.
