All sorted :D
Trem claw set flush to wall, five springs and block installed.
There was also an issue with the controls turning the wrong way (for me, and against the spec I submitted) and that's sorted too.

Amazing...in all the years I don't remember you ever having this kind of an issue with one of your Clapton orders. :shock: Someone really dropped the ball out there. :?

Yeah, but hey I'm ok with it now it's sorted. Had some much bigger problems recently to put this one into perspective!

One of mine was missing the wood block, but it was already displayed at GC.

What color did you get?

Black, with super thin paint / nitro finish (body). Rest is as per regular EC.
