After having some annoying problems with the german CS distribution and after a waiting time of 11 month (the Custom Shop needed 9 month - so no problems here :) - the rest of the waiting time was caused by the german CS distribution in Düsseldorf) I finally got my new PBass :D - a BIG THANKS to Rob Schwarz - without his amazing support I still would be waiting on my Bass. :D

Got it last wednesday evening and took the Bass right out of the box and played two gigs in a row with it and are not able to put it down at home - the Custom Shop did a GREAT job !!!!

The Bass is very light but at the same time very resonant. The Rosewood fretboard is the darkest that I've seen the last time - it just fits perfect to the colour !!!

It's actually very hard to catch the colour and the colour of the Tortoise with the camera

Nice pair of lefties. What year was the Jazz bass built in? Was it "aged white" from the start?

thanks

the Bass was built in 2009 - and yes - it was ordered with the "Vintage/aged white" colour

both basses have the Closet-Classic finish which is to me the best relic finishes that I've ever played.
