Gone through the Fender website where all the various custom colours are , but there is no way to see what "Black Pearl" custom colour number 59 actually looks like. I ordered a custom shop in regular black (number 06) but only because there was no point of reference for black pearl.

Any one have a photo of a strat in this colour or a link showing black pearl?

If it is, I'm glad I ordered regular black. I was wavering between aged vintage white and black on my 69 closet classic but was wondering about pearl black and thought it might be the same as the pearl black paint used on my son's 99 honda civic SIR. Very nice deep black colour.

Fairly sure he meant Pearl Black since that's what he typed and there's a big difference between Pearl and Flat...especially since he's then talking about his son's car which is a very deep black colour and flat black would never be described as "very deep"...

Looks like Mercedes Blue but it's not

That's the Black Pearl finish our friend Davey is talking about. Fender did their CS Pro models in that colour in 2009!

That is very sharp and looks a lot like the black pearl in my son's honda.

Is that photo black or a dark blue.
