Well, curiosity killed the cat.
I took her apart. Gently. And for insurance purposes. Took some pictures.

My COA is dated: 09/25/08

Neck Date is: 09/11/08, stamped on the flat surface, nothing is on the heal.
Also written is D. Gilmour, looks like someone wrote it by hand.

Nothing was on the neck pocket, is this common?

Under the pickguard on the body is Gil Relic, no other date stamping besides that.

Everything look legit?

Many times parts are made on different dates than other parts. For instance my EC Strat body has a different date than the neck. I'm guessing that the COA date is the date the guitar was completed.

From what I have gathered and what I have been told.
This is for Gilmour Relics. And please excuse me if you already know this, I by no means am insulting anyone's intelligence, guitar, etc. I just wanted to get the info.
This whole excursion was because I wanted to get proper insurance, now that I have one.

Please feel free to share any info I may have missed, or even better, post pics!!!

The serial number on the neck plate is unique to that guitar. No two are the same
The neck will have D. Glimour, and the "born on date" and initials of the tech that worked on it.
The body will have GIL Relic imprinted on the inside pup cavity. Even for the NOS.

That's it......so far
