Post subject: What is a non-pitch neck plate?

Seen a CS guitar described as having such a thing.

I don't know what that means.

It could mean it's fitted with the 'normal' 4-screw neck joint, rather than a Microtilt one. I don't think CS guitars are often (if ever) fitted with Microtilt - my 2011 Custom Deluxe Strat certainly doesn't have it.

I have seen similar descriptions concerning CS Clapton Strats; to my knowledge this means there is no Micro Tilt adjustment at the back of the neckplate, as opposed to the production line Clapton which does have this feature.
