Looks like a fine mid-nineties CS '52 Tele

Yea, but the SN doesn't match up to any thing in Fender's system. I was told anything pre '94 wont be there though.

What years were these CS logos used?

Be interesting to know what it is being advertised as! I wouldn't be surprised if it is a partscaster of some kind. 50's style bridge and saddles, 60's style pickup (staggered poles and white wrap) No ID!

Be very cautious!

Photos are not of the highest quality but there are two cracks near the neck plate on the lower side.

Before you purchase the guitar ask them to take it appart. There is usually information found on the inside of the guitar.

Over all I'd say the guitar looks good and ligit. You can also ask Mike Eldred. He works at the CS. If anyone can answer this quiestion he can. Along with the photos you have already listed, I would send him photos of the inside body cavety and the neck joint as well as the base of the neck.

Without the proper paperwork and case, well...

The price seems fair.

I think those cracks you're seeing are blemishes from the photo quality, I will try to get some better pics with the guitar broken down. All I've done so far is pull the pick guard briefly, I'm not sure which pickups are in the guitar, they do have the cloth-wrapped wiring though.

Overall though the guitar feels and sounds very well made, the serial number is the only thing keeping me suspicious. Also as someone pointed out, the 3 on the serial number looks offset.
