I actually got two replies from Fender yesterday (I'm impressed and a little shamefull for being impatient when they did not answer within a week). One with a data sheet claiming Surf Green, and another that says "Sea foam Green". It looks Sea Foam to me too. Lots of pics in the two links below:

And now it was confirmed: It is Sea Foam Green and actually has a Madagascar Rosewood fretboard, not indian. Whatever difference that might make...

Follow up:
Finally got the guitar home from NY this weekend. first thing I noticed, was that the relicing was a little too much for my liking, so I gave it a rust removing treatment. Made it look a lot better and more realistic (you would never let a guitar rust like that if you love it and keep it for 35 years!). Also, I'm surlised CS ship a guitar with lots of rust under the string tree and on the edge of the bridge saddles...

Second: The fret ends were really rough. I mean, "Fender Roadworn rough" and not at all in the same league as my CS'60 Strat. So a gave it a fret-end job as well. I admit I enjoy working on a guitar, so I don't really mind. Surprized though, that a CS Strat can have fret ends sharp and protruding like that. It's a 2009 and the neck may offcourse have shrinked a little.

As with all my guitars, I replaced the tone cap (this time I ended up with Mojo Dijon .047 after first having tried a Vitamin T, witch is a little warmer sounding) and the pots (had some slightly better CTS pots from before).

Anyway, the guitar is now really, really nice and smooth. Neck is slightly deeper than the CS'60 and perfect for my big hands. Also sounds fantastic, both acoustically and through amp. The '65 pickups have a little more balls (more mids and a little less glassy top) than the CS¨'69's and sound really good.

Relics, from light to heavy, are made to look heavily used with schratches, dings, rust etc.
Closet Classics look almost as they were kept more or less unused or lightly used at home for 30+ years. Aged, but not mistreated.
NOS (New Old Stock) are supposed to look like they would have, when brand new at that time.
