nothing wrong with that there. thats pretty much my Live rig with a SS 60 (save for it being a one-off CS '64 Strat in Sonic Blue/stock Fralin Blues Special in the Bridge pos.) those SS's are some of the best amps I've ever owned!

Hey Chanman, did you use the first generation supersonic before that? I own that one and I'd like to know how you think the new one compares to it if you do.

Nice sound in the video!

I did not, but it literally is the exact same as the First Gen model save for more tubes. The new features are only on the SS Twin, and the SS 100 head.

I thought it was suppose to have more bottom end then the older supersonic and I've also heard that the big volume difference between Vibrolux and Bassman is gone on the new one.
It has the same amount of tubes it's just that the combo version has 10 tubes and the top version has 8.
Anyway great amp! Got it for a great bargain because mine came with a free 212 supersonic cabinet.

While we're on the subject of SS Cabs, I was thinking bout maybe getting a 212 cab for my combo. I know they have the little notches for the heads to use to stay in place, would those work on holding a combo in place?
