I can't tell by those pics. Need more detailed pics of neck (front and back), headstock, a COA and possibly some pics under the pickguard, etc. JMO.
Not an authorized dealer. Personally I'd steer clear until more investigation could be done. Good luck!

The pics on eBay look fine and I'd say the guitar is a real CS. It's very pretty too.
Because the seller is not an authorised dealer, there is no warranty with it. He does state this in his description.

Looks good huh Butterscotch. I did not look at ebay. OP, Mr. Butterscotch pretty much knows what he's talking about. Again, good luck and enjoy if you purchase.
Also, welcome to the forum!

Looks good...and thanks for the compliment!

As for the lack of warranty, as the seller is not an authorised dealer, Fender would look on the guitar as being second-hand merchandise, even though it is new!

The pictures you posted don't really help. Seeing the back of the headstock would be a really big help.

If I were buying this guitar I would want to see the paperwork first. There are too many fakes out in the market.

Cobalt Blue trans was only available on the Custom Shop Tele, as I recall... and on the FMT American Deluxe models. Could be wrong though!

It's a Custom Classic Telecaster, a Custom Shop version of the American Standard with a Nocaster in the bridge and a Twisted in the neck. This guitar is no longer in production, Fender stopped making the Custom Classics in late 2008.

IMO the control plate is not stock.

All Custom Classics used reversed controls.
