Except a different paint job! ( of course)

I notice it has the Noiseless pickups, does it have a mid boost and TBX too?

Each of these 50 Crashocasters came with a different paintjob. Some were featured with a plain white pickguard and matching pickup covers like the original Crash 1 & 2.

Bear in mind that Eric stopped using those "Graffiti Canvas" Strats since 2005.

Here are Hi Res photos of #18, #29, #38, #40
http://www.guitarmotel.com/index.php/th ... ratocaster
Photos can't be full size because of a present-to be solved quickly- problem we know the origin of, but they give an idea of the difficulty to work on a 360° "canvas"

Cool! I think I'm more partial to the full white pickguard versions

None of the first batch of 50 has a white pickguard. It's either in conformity with the rest of the body painting, or of a different design.

Those were made after the initial Clapton ones though, right?

The one's I'm referring to were the one I posted previously, and Eric's first I believe.

And then there was what's called Clapton's Crash 2

Right
But these were different, as CRASH was not allowed to make any new one similar to the specs of the first 50 ones which should NOT be considered as EC Strats.

I wasn't actually considering them as EC strats, in fact I wasn't sure what they were beyond the painted bodies which is why I asked mhamauei what his was. My point though was that I like the look of these with full white pickgurads, like Eric's and the the EC model I posted as opposed to the partial painted pickguards. Though in reality, I suppose you could put a full white guard on any of them to improve the look to my liking.

The black matt controls plate is really fine, just like the original one.

When you say "original," which one are you referring to?

Maybe George Fullerton's one.

I thought he was referring to an "original" Crash model. That one of George's, though shaped like the Crash ones has a different orientation for the controls and obviously the routing. What model year is that?
I don't particularly care for that either.

George's Strat is 1954.
