And The Very Clever Winner is :
ROBERT R

with a fast action taking into consideration the number made, the vintage relation.
Congrats.
Bill Carson a country music guitarist was some kind of guinea pig for Leo and Freddy, testing in the field the budding Stratocaster in the early 50's.
In 1992 a 100 batch of Stratocasters designed by him with that unique Cimarron Red was issued
This is #66

With it's big fat neck (in the Nocaster style) it's a dream comes true resonnant guitar with chimering sounds and bell like harmonics.

Indeed Ripitup555
I'm always amazed on how the CS is able to make again and again such outstanding guitars with an incredible sound.
My idea is that a fatter neck makes a guitar more resonnant.
IMHO

Congratulations on your latest acquisition Alain! Beautiful guitar... nice that they properly alligned the Fender logo and the Carson signature, it's the attention to such details that makes a guitar stand out. Typical 90's headstock too, with that little "belly" under the Fender decal. I like it... like it a lot.
