I can't get my jaw to close back up....

The pics look OK, but they really don't capture how beautiful she really is.

It sounds like God's Guitar. Amazing.

Beautiful without a doubt.

So.......how does it play?

I bet it has a warm deep voice, but clear.

The only way I can describe it is.....it sounds like a Tele, but more ballsy. Twang with teeth..... She can also growl like a sweatin' hog.....

Very responsive to the controls, too.

Sure spent some serious time chosing that wood :!: 8) I know they've been done before but IMHO a Strat done like that would have to be a hardtail just to avoid routing the trem cavity and spoiling the view.

It's hard to believe that George Harrison actually gave the first of its kind to Delaney Bramlett as an offering of appreciation for a kindness Bramlett did for him, and then Bramlett, years later auctions it off. It ultimately found its way back to the Harrsion family. Amazing how it comes that such a corporate effort is taken so for granted by an artist. "Here!" "They busted their hump creating this for me." "Now I'm giving it to you." I suppose one can look at the circumstance from several points of view but, IMHO, were it I, this guitar never would have left my hands. 8)
Doc
