Graffiti Yellow isn't a low profile color, but it's great !
Congrats

Do you have to remove all the strings to remove the plastic off the pick guard?

Very cool Strat! Can I ask you how long it took to arrive since you ordered it? I'm waiting for mine... :)

Max,

The guitar was originally ordered by my friend, along the ways his financial situation changed and when he took delivery he turned around and sold it to me. The guitar was delivered 5-6 months after ordering it.

Custom Classics were discontinued in 2009. The latest incarnations had a large headstock, SCN pickups and S-1 switching.

BTW, this particular guitar has Vintage Noiseless pickups, an Eric Clapton active mid-boost circuit (not certain about) and a set of locking tuners with an LSR Roller Nut. It's a custom order? Custom Classic Strats had Modern Classic pickups (including a hot bridge pickup with a custom steel inductance plate) and Schaller non-locking cast-sealed tuning machines. Nice Graffiti Yellow finish, though...

Not sure about the VN pickups on this guitar, though I think it's a set of dual-coil Ceramic Noiseless types (as used by Jeff Beck) with aged white covers. Subsequently, no active electronics on this one. Passive circuit as usual, with a master no-load tone pot for the middle/bridge pickups.

Good stuff. I just got my Graffiti Yellow Custom Classic yesterday. Modern classic PUs, white pearloid guard and non locking tuners. How did you get that info from Fender, just send an email with the SN and request it?
