On on of my black strats here are some very fine swirls of scratches.

Is there a product that can help take them out??

I don't want to start making them worse by using the wrong product.

Try the Dunlop 65

I use it on my most cherished guitars, the vintage ones.
It won't take them out, but mostly reduce them.

Make sure you use a good quality micro fibre cloth, especially on black.

What are some good quality ones, if you don't mind me asking? I've a black strat and have been using the yellow cloth that comes with the guitar. Still have swirl scratches.

As much money that you spend on a CS guitar you don't want to go cheap on a cloth!! :)

Thanks all for the replies.

I also have been using the microfiber cloth that came with the Fender misting kit.

I have followed all instructions but still get these swirls.

Maybe they are also on my other guitars, but only visible on the black.

I notice that black cars are also prone to these swirl marks more than other colours.

Thanks Alain for the tip of the Dunlop product - I'll give it a try later this week, and by the way congratulations on you recent purchases.

We sit here at the end of the world in awe of your collection.

Regards
