Rob Maywalt is contacting you. Our fault for the delay, and we're gonna send you something in the mail to (hopefully) lessen the pain. Our apologies.

I'm sorry you have had to wait. It will be cool though, and you have been the topic of discussion for two days here!

Fender is a great company to do business with. I have always received great customer service from them. Thank you to Mike Eldred and his staff for helping me with my order. I will let everyone reading this post know when my guitar arrives and how cool it will be. :D

I just got a call from Shane at MakenMusic and my guitar has arrived at their store. Shane advised me that the AA flame neck on the guitar looks great. He is setting it up for me with Ernie Ball 9's and I should have the guitar next week. YEAH! :D

Make'n Music shipped my guitar out to me by overnight air UPS and it arrived at my door this morning. This guitar was worth the wait. The AA flame neck on it looks great and the quality and craftsmanship is top notch. Plugging this guitar into my Orange amp and cranking it up, sounds just like I am back in the 60's! The 65 pickups on it sounds just like Jimi at Woodstock. Thank you Mike Eldred for getting my guitar to me and thank you to Fender's mission for caring about their customers and believing that quality, workmanship, and listening to the customer is just as important now as it was when the Fender Company was born. :D

I would love to post a photo, but I am still in the analog age of photography, using film. I have no clue on how to up load a photo, even if I had a digital camera. I will see if a fellow musician I know, has a digital camera and could take the photo and post it for me here. Thank you for your nice comment.
