Does anyone know who has the Limited Edition 65 Strats that were at Namm last month? I am thinking of getting one and I can't find a dealer who has any. Also do these guitar only come in the finish's listed or are there other options? I would love one in vintage white that looks creamy yellow.

Thank you. I have contacted Dave's Guitars and I think they will be able to hook me up with this guitar and the finish I want.

I have ordered my guitar through www.makenmusic.com from Teddy, plus I had the neck up graded to a "AA Flame". I got a great deal and I should have the guitar in 120 days or less. I can wait that long and I am so glad I called Teddy after searching and contacting other dealers to get this guitar. No other dealer even suggested that I could get a neck up grade. Now that is great customer service! :D

Great choice.

Teddy and the guys from Maken won't let you down.

I 've bought at least 6 guitars from Teddy in the past and he always gives me great customer service. That is why I went to him to get my custom shop strat. :D

I checked with MakenMusic yesterday to see if they have heard from Fender on when my guitar would be arriving. Their info was that the guitar is being processed, so that is a good thing. Maybe in the next 60 days or so, I will be getting a phone call saying my guitar has arrived. I can wait that long for a good thing! :D

Check out my website. www.cmcguitars.com. I don't have any '65 Strats in stock but I have a '62 and a few '57's in stock.

motorcitychick, if it is any consolation, I have a 15-18 month wait for my FCS order. Looks like a nice guitar you have coming in and I am sure it will be worth your wait!
