Made for and shown at the 1994 NAMM, the Aloha Strat 001 was designed and masterbuilt by the late John English who loved hawaiian and deco art "With the Aloha Strat, I wanted to go one step further" he explained.
Engraving has been done by Ron Chacey and the fantastic selective color anodising of the aluminum body has been made by Peter Kellett
Enjoy

Clear top knobs show hawaiian scenes even the pickups toggle switch has a clear top..

No efforts have been spared in the making of this guitar

Hi-
Very nice strat. Just curious...I saw a photo of your collection in an earlier post. Do you happen to have an updated photo of your entire collection? Or do you have a website devoted to your collection? I would be interested in seeing them all and learning more about how you acquired them...very interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Terry

The totalnumber is fluctuating, +in..-out..
I can't tell on internet where I store them..the photos shown are when the insurance guy comes to make an appraisal.
I don't give them names, only numbers

Simply stunning mate. Now you need a nice display stand to put it in, with the russian and the jag either side. You could have the left hand side with the hammer and sickle, the middle as a hawaian flag and the union jack to the right.

Now lets have a think about designing a strat d'triumph to get France represented. Or maybe given the pollitical history of france call it 'the rebel'.

You can imagine that a 2D photo doesn't render justice to the actual 3D engraving which change the vision against the light.
Simply stunning.
John English for the design and building, Ron Chacey for the engraving and Peter Kellett for the color anodizing have made a tremondous work.
