Hi folks,
First of all, thanks to Chanman246 for posting the Custom Care info here and wherever else you've posted (tell me.... please!!! :D )
Thank you to all for your interest and enthusiasm, we believe its a great program!
I apologize that I haven't been able to get onto this Forum in quite some time, as much of my time is spent trying hard within my work-world to provide the service you folks are wanting and expecting. I'll try to get better about getting on here. Time to expand my world!!

So I personally appreciate you chanman for having our back on this.

As my good friend Brad related, although I don't like bugs...we realize we may run into a few....and we appreciate your patience. I believe that they have got the Country "thang" worked out on the registration page. We will be continuing to monitor and make improvements as needed.

Its really cool to see that you folks are as stoked about this as I am, and your feedback is greatly appreciated! Please keep the comments coming and feel free to let us know how we're doing.

I hope you all have a great weekend and thanks again!!

Warm Regards,
rob

Hi Rob,

Sorry to be a pain.

First page works fine without having to put the state in , but second page still needs to have the state inserted. :(

Just to give you feedback you understand.

There seems to be still a problem when trying to register when the owner is e.g. in Germany:

STEP 1: works now.

STEP 2 Purchase information:
There I have to input a State.

So, I am not able to continue with my registration, unless I input an American State for Germany.

Please solve this problem.

Thanks.

Hi Rob,

1) Same problem as abovementioned.

2) On top I own presently 41 Custom Shop guitars
Could it be possible that once you have filled a first application, all of your personal data be memorized so to avoid repeating again age, location, tastes etc.. with a username/login so we could also have access to our own personal data...?
Or just a bulk application...

3) For some rare or one-off models like some I own, there is no part number info given to the Buyer and if the Model/part~# box is not filled you can't go ahead... Could the COA description be a substitute ?

Cheers

Alain

Hmmm ... I'm starting to wonder if you somehow have the previous version of this form cached in your browser. Sorry for the trouble, but could you try emptying your browser's cache and trying it once again?

Hi Brad,

The second page is now OK; save for the model/part# problem I rose hereabove.

Best
