Are you gonna use the envelopes to wallpaper your guitar room? You may just have enough when they all come in.

Hiya all,
Alain, that was an awesome display!

Sorry I haven't made it on here in a while, I'm trying to make it a habit, though.
Also, I apologize (or did I already?) for the wait some of you have experienced. I believe that we have the system of fulfillment down well now and the "Thank You" cards should be going out regularly on a monthly basis.
'at's all i gots for now folks. Gotta get outta here and attend our Fender Hall of Fame ceremonies for this year. That always get's my Fender blood circulating at about 100,000 rpm.
I'll drop by again soon, so if there's anything....drop a note.
Best regards to all,
rob

Out of curiosity, has anyone had to use their custom care yet?

want me to drop my clapton down the stairs, and break the neck, as an experiment to critique how custom care operates? all I want in return is Alain's blackie relic to borrow in the meantime while it is fixed.

we have a deal? ;)

Just the cost to send it over the Pond, to rent  it
to send it back to France (UPS+VAT+ Custom Exise) wouldn't make a reasonsable idea.
Think it over
Alain

You mean that you want one of the triplets! I'm sure Alain would let you look at it and maybe even hold it! :)

Don't rent from Alain- he overcharges. Then again it may be the exchange rate .

I'm just asking because I had to send my guitar back and it was hassle free in every respect. Since mine was a masterbuilt it went right back to the builder, so, I was wondering how it worked on the team built side of things. I also wanted to know if everyone else had the same result from this relatively new feature.

Considering I had CS guitars for over 20 years now and never faced any problem of importance ( I know how to set up a guitar) I think this is more to let the buyers enjoy cooly their instrument having in mind that should something happens they have the Black Card...

Alain,

I think you have ht the nail on the head there.

I am fortunate thet between my dad an I we can set up our guitars quite well and solve a lot of "minor' problems (truss rod etc...)

Some of my friends have to take their guitars to the shop to have their strings changed! !
